Parts / Audio ConneXion is looking to add to our team, a full-time customer service associate, to work in our retail store. This candidate should live in the western GTA and be available to work 40 hours per week (including Saturdays).

Skills & Expertise Required:

  • Excellent Phone Manner
  • Detail Oriented
  • Proficient with Administrative Tasks (Order Entry, processing credit/debit cards, recording transactions, personable, outgoing, and patient)
  • Knowledge of Audio - Analog, Digital, Headphone, Wireless, etc... Preferred

Duties will Include:

  • Greeting Customers
  • Retail Floor, Telephone and E-Mail Support
  • Entering Sales Orders, Posting Payments, Invoicing, Sending tracking numbers
  • Misc. support tasks

Compensation: $17.50/hr - $20.00/hr (Commission available based on Audio Experience)
